In Cambodia it was the way that 50% oft the nations entire landmass have been sold within 3 years and about 5 years later People found out about those secretly done deals and where expelled from their land by forced evictions.
About the how it works in Cuba we will find out but by now we see the same criminal faces of the bugs on Pictures as in Cambodia and Africa Sierra Leone where People all got stolen their land this way.

If they sell to Russia they will get something similar as when it is USA or China. A concrete Skyscraper worlds looking like Honolulu in 10 years. When the Chinsse rush in, they build cities often and let it stand empty for a couple years just for fun and speculation reason.
But one Thing for sure. All Cuban People will loose their homes and their land on good Locations near the beaches. Everywhere.
Sometimes you just ask yourself how dumb all those politicians in the world are to sell a whole Nation for getting a port, a Hospital and a Chinese economic Zone in Exchange, but obviously in Cuba which is one of the top paradises on earth, Raul and Fidel have not been any smarter in past to recognize how much value this land has right next to USA which is by 50% a desert and by another 50 percent a hell of drug addicts. And all those American People, every single one of them is dreaming about to life in a paradise double as nice as Florida....called Cuba.
They price for all those nice things is selling freedom to slavery of the Chinese Domination, the American arrogance, the Swiss Bankers greed and to the jewish media liars, but exaclty this was at least not what Fidel, Che Gue Vara and Raul have been fighting for. The have Chosen freedom and needed communism to protect this Little Nation from invasion of the hungry criminals. Cuban People likely do not undersand about what they really got with Cuba. But this land is worth solid gold and maybe they just recognize too late about it when all is sold already.
They just needed to build a couple Bungalow style huts on beaches and tourists woudl bring Gold but they had not the right politicians in past which understood about but let those People life in poverty in past, suffering from cold war issues between Russia and USA where the Americans oppressed this whole Nation for decades in all possible ways with economic sanctions and warnings to all others not to dock their boats in Cuba.
The Northwest of Cuba is the part of Mexico of the American oil diggers. One of the reasons for Chinese to promise a Cuban leader now nice facilities as they want to get to the same oil reserves but of course this is the part American did not really like then and likely a reason why Barack Obama had to Show up with his face in Cuba and Show a friendly smile to prevent this from being Happening.
