Rampant police corruption in Nairobi. Police hassling civilians daily with demanding briberies. Arrest of people which are not paying. This harassment radicalizes people and plays muslim into hands of Al Shabab islamists.
The government announced a 1000 km brick wall between Somalia to prevent Al Shabab crossing the open border but nothing ever happened. Al Shabab has already settled in Kenya coming from Somalia, what makes the wall useless.
