The Rattanak in Phnom Penh is best option in country but with loads of rip off stories...talking about 20\'000 dollar for a threatment of 8 days without any surgeries and patients even finally died just because of a pneumonia ! But other hospitals even run out of oxigen when having pneumonia...so get yourself ready for Cambodian hospitals. With issues more than a couple scratches you have a 20% chance to survive the ambulance car and maybe a 30% change within the hospital you end if it\'s one of the few better ones.
