The you wonder once agian, why with a bit more wood they not have built a cool snowbar outside as over the whole skiresort this whole Thing is not existing and it would not have cost much more and was not much more work anyway for the carpenters.
We all know about the Kids are running over to St. Anton where Mooserwirt and Krazy Kangoroh not forgot about such things. We all know in Switzerland the skiresort complain on a silly level about everyone is running over to Austria. But then you see such things where you feel like an old papa had a Vision here and overgave it to an old papa couple of architects, finally it was done an every old papa wrote in the newspapers about how gorgeous it was to have a new silly sterile Herzog & de Meuron trophy for 10 Million Dollars on this planet where robots feel convenient, but they just forgot about the most Basic things. And with all this knowledge then you just have to smile about this whole sillyness when seeing the Kids having fun in St. Antons Mooserwirt and seeing the Swiss skiresort Operators making back here a long face about why just a couple old papas are coming.
For myself, i took my snowboard last time to Ischgl and have found a couple old papa Russians over there, i took my board this time to Toggenburg and found out they are playing no Music, but next time i hope my board goes down a mountain somewhere where it really rocks when i rest in a Restaurant then,otherwise i better stay home. And somehow that is the point what most others feel same do as well with those skiresort as i have been asking around and got the answer of almost everyone. Skiing is a now go. Mostly having ski Holidays is damn expensive and horrible boring in Switzerland.
That is why mostly you just see old people in our mountains...they are happy with not being disturbed by any music and will go complain if someone Switches it on.
We likely will hear about it if once things Change in this valley and for those being rather on a bit of fun when riding boards down a mountain, god thanks they still got a couple few options in Austria then. For now, this whole valley is for 5 years old kids laarning to ddrive ski and old people after 60 to be happy, but somehow i got the Feeling, this is maybe not really what they wanted in Toggenburg, or did they?
For young people in this region the decision is very easy and St. Anton am Arlberg is just a 1 hours car ride away where the parties rock at Mooserwird in another way than here. Maybe about this whole thing and its connections those superstars Herzog and Mr Meuron have not been thinking much when they placed this supertrophy for photographs and newspapers for 10 Million bucks on a summit, but very likely Mooserwirt which spent just a Little percentage of this for his place will have a 100 times fuller house than this here.
You know what annoys me most? I have recently been in Ischgl. And in the meantime old those old papas with big wallets are filling up this place in Austria as they even as well found out about it is Kind of cool having a Walking Zone and a bit of Apres ski. But then if ask myself about why this old guys are not all just coming here to Toggenburg and sit on Chäserrug instead of killing Ischgl once as well for the young people.
If once the Swiss really want to know about how things are done, they once study about the top pro guys as Günther Alois, they once watch the Picture of his hote Madlein, where this Austrian guy just tops all Imagination of any Swiss Hotelier. It is not necessary to let hooker Dance on bars. The Swiss ski Resorts, even Toggenburg, all of them or at least most even have the better landscape than Ischgl, they got all what they Need in Switzerland with those cablecars to top Austria in a very easy way. But the only Thing what the Swiss not have is any Little creative idea to make something really having a vibe. It would just be that easy to Google a couple nice ideas and to make something cool. But all what is done is just that idealess and boring.
Finally it will not even hurt myself with it. I will just wait and smile. Of course i would be the first with my camera at the Swiss place which had any innovative idea to say...hey guys Switzerland is really cool and here we got a nice site for Young People to go. But for now when seeing such things with this latest idealess Thing on Chäserrugg i think it maybe will not happen in this life here.
With just a coupe Additional ideas you could Change the things to make it going the right way....but obvioulsly the Swiss papas in the mountains are not smart enough to understand about this when Catering everywhere to old People which as well are filling up sites in Austrias Ischgl. If you not believe, then get over to Ischgl and watch all those old faces now filling up the site where we once young Snowboarders had our parties.
But now i am very keen about to listen other peoples stories about this subject on the web and i really hope i was wrong with my opionion. Maybe this place finally rocks with the hikers which want not to be disturbed by any noise and need just to enjoy the latest architecture on a summit without beeing distorted by something creativ within this Military style looking cantina having the only attraction of a fireplace set out of order?
