You must have seen the Restaurants in past, but there are still many. Restaurants having no single charm. Owners having no single clue to make ANY creative idea work in their Restaurant. Nothing with heartblood, nothing with charm. Just a beer tap and a Long face about why no one is coming.
But then....Daniel is coming. And Daniel is a highly creative Person we could Need many more like him in this boring Country.
And Daniel is doing something in 1 day what others not achieve in 20 years. He makes the most important changes, brings up something nice, giving a place a Soul and teaches the People to do something what they can do best. No matter if Paella, or Spaghetti to be a 5 star Restaurant...but this is what Swiss People never learned about. Whatever you do....do it with PASSION.
And those Restaurant owners then.....are having a full house.
By the way Daniel....to once promote his own place even ist already daily a full house of course what has not to be mentioned. Ist Chesa Pirani in La Punt Chamues....and this was a prsent of god Daniel came down to flatlands to teach Restaurant owners about how it works as it got much better everywhere eversince.
